Things to keep in mind
- Hit the Energy Recharge target first. A burst that never comes off cooldown is worth nothing.
- Noblesse Oblige 4-piece gives the whole party +20% ATK — do not stack two of them.
- The ATK buff scales off their own Base ATK — a high Base ATK weapon beats a high ATK% one.
- Aim for roughly 1:2 — every 1% CRIT Rate is worth 2% CRIT DMG. Around 70/140 is a healthy target.
